Once upon a time, landowners could construct fixed-pier docks on their lake property virtually without restrictions. Bill Veroske recognized this opportunity would not continue forever. He thus constructed not one but TWO fixed pier docks, one at each end of the lake property.
The dock at the easterly property line measures
approximately
12' x 49", totals over 700 Sq. ft., and enjoys the shade of a Chinese Elm tree as well as a privacy blind. This dock provides an excellent amenity for an on-site property caretaker or expanded family.
The main dock area offers many amenities:
• Approximately 1,385 sq. ft. of total area
• 18' x 17', 346 sq. ft. cabana and covered dining and entertainment area
• Locking equipment storage
• Locking kitchenette area
• Locking refrigerator and pantry area
• Two changing rooms
• Electricity and running water
• Dry rowboat or personal watercraft storage
• 12' x 26' boat slip
• 11 * x 20' electric boat lift (seaplane adaptable?)
• Laddered swim dock
• Laddered floating swim raft
• Wading area
While these dock improvements are grandfathered and can be replaced if damaged or destroyed, they cannot be replicated on other property. |
